They can also deliver to a room at the hospital if you are unable to get up there, with a range of gifts for all patients.
Store owner Larrissa Kek earlier told the Daily Liberal the new business was a "lovely opportunity".
"I've always had an interest in giftware and when I saw the hospital call for expressions of interest I thought it was something I would like to do," she said.
The gift shop will fill one of three new retail spaces in the Macquarie Building, part of the $150 million stages three and four redevelopment of Dubbo Hospital.
Eisteddfod sponsor
The Dubbo Eisteddfod started last weekend, and Clancy Automotive are 'super excited' to be sponsoring the event. You might see the Clancy Puma buzzing around town this week, with its Dubbo Eisteddfod livery on the side. The car will be on display at the theatre ahead of the huge dance weekend for those interested in having a closer look.
Prestige's bigger shop
BATHURST'S Prestige Embroidery has moved shops, upgrading to a larger space just a few stores up from their previous location.
It is the third time the business has moved in seven years, with each move being to a bigger space.
"We've moved up to where Belly's Bikes used to be," owner Melanie Phillpot said.
"Everyone knows where we are and each move has been in the same strip of shops. I'd say this will be the last move."
After losing just half a day of production during the move, Prestige Embroidery is now back up and running as usual in a "heaps better space".
McGrath real estate
John McGrath will be in attendance for the launch of McGrath Estate Agents in Orange on Thursday.
Orange real estate agent Josh Fitzgerald took over the franchise to bring national group McGrath Estate Agents to Orange.
His Fitzgerald Estate Agents business will now be named McGrath Orange with his Molong office to also take on the McGrath name.
The change will start with a shift several doors down Lords Place into the former Leading Edge Computers Store.
Mr Fitzgerald said he was looking to expand into other local towns.
The change will start with a shift several doors down Lords Place into the former Leading Edge Computers Store.
Mr Fitzgerald said he had initiated the change by contacting the Mudgee-based Central West main office for McGrath..
Mr Fitzgerald said the company examined his business before approving his request. "There was quite an in-depth screening process for us," he said.
"We still own the business and we have become a franchise."
Mr Fitzgerald said while the Orange real estate market was strong it was hard to operate as a small independent business in a changing business world.
He said McGrath had "excellent strategy and technology" support which helped their real agents match buyers and sellers and provide other vital services. "That was the biggest thing for us," he said.
Mr Fitzgerald said McGrath has 104 offices in Australia, which while not the biggest in the country, was a significant player in real estate.
