Courtney Marie Mazoudier, 32, had driven to Dubbo when she dropped a ute at Bob Jane T-Marts before she walked to Dubbo Square, about 10am on January 20.
Police facts show she visited Kmart when she walked out without paying for a number of items including a shovel, lollipops, water pistols and a Buzz Lightyear toy.

Mazoudier then went to Coles where she stole some Uncle Toby's roll ups, batteries, bubble bath, Aeroguard and a number of other groceries.
After leaving Coles, she then went to Smokemart and browsed stock before taking two novelty games and placing them in her trolley without paying.
After about 90 minutes, Mazoudier returned to pick up the ute before she drove to Bunnings, where she left without paying for gutter mesh she had placed in her handbag.
Police said Mazoudier made a brief stop at McDonald's before she went to Orana Mall and filled a trolley with a number of items such as a Paw Patrol adventure playset, a table cover and Binkill she stole from Big W.
She then went to Wollworths, when a store manager stopped her trying to leave without paying for cat food and soft drinks.
Mazoudier used her shoulder to hit the store manager, when she told her she hurled abuse.
"I'll stomp on your head c---," she told the store manager.
After fleeing, Mazoudier was confronted again by the Woolworth's store manager at Boost Juice.
"Here's that little girl, I'll jump over her head," Mazoudier said.
A short time later police arrested Mazoudier outside The Coffee Club, when a search of her vehicle uncovered $904 worth of stolen items.
Representing herself, Mazoudier pleaded guilty to six counts of shoplifting and one count of common assault in Dubbo Local Court earlier this month.
The case was adjourned for a sentencing assessment report (SAR) to be prepared by the court.
In court for sentencing on Wednesday, Mazoudier was represented by defence lawyer Jai Silkman.
Mr Silkman said Mazoudier's mental health had been "declining" when the shoplifting spree and assault took place, but had accepted responsibility for her actions.
He told the court she had been in a long-term domestic violence relationship which was "controlling".
"From that she's developed a major depression disorder and anxiety. That may go some way to explaining the behaviour," he said.
"She's seeing her GP, she's been prescribed medication, she's been assessed as a low risk of reoffending."
Magistrate Theresa Hamilton accepted Mazoudier had pleaded guilty early and had only one prior offence on her record.
"She has a limited history, although she had one stealing charge in 2019 where she was fined," Magistrate Hamilton said.
"The SAR outlined the end of a domestic violence relationship and depression she's suffered, but is now receiving treatment."
Mazoudier was convicted and sentenced to a 15-month community corrections order.
