It was confirmed on Thursday the former Origin halfback will depart Souths at the end of this season and link up with the Brisbane Broncos.
There has been plenty of conjecture around Reynolds' future in recent months with Souths, Cronulla, and Brisbane all eager to sign him up but he's heading north on a three-year deal.
"Adam is a fantastic signing for our club," Brisbane coach Kevin Walters said in a statement from the Broncos.
"His leadership and game management are outstanding and he will really help bring out the best in our squad.
"He is skilful, he loves to compete and he wants to win, and importantly he is a family man and highly regarded off the field, those are all things that we want in a Brisbane Broncos player.
"I keep saying that we have a terrific core group of committed players and the future is bright, and Adam deciding to buy into that future is a real endorsement of where our club is headed."

His departure is a massive blow for a Souths side which takes on the Panthers at Apex Oval on May 23.
The halfback has been battling a thumb injury in recent weeks but is expected back for the Dubbo match.
"His service to the Rabbitohs over the past ten seasons has been outstanding and we will celebrate that with our members and supporters in style," Rabbitohs CEO Blake Solly said.
"Adam was part of the 2014 premiership side and has the opportunity to become our all-time leading point scorer this year. He has provided so many great memories for our members and supporters over the past decade and that will be recognised this year.
"Unfortunately for us our salary cap position in future years did not enable us to offer Adam anything more than a one year contract at this stage. We have always understood Adam's position and we're happy for him that he has been able to secure a contract with another club that meets his and his family's needs."
