The Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSW PHN) reports of the jab being accessed by the public through the Commonwealth-funded Dubbo Respiratory Clinic at 183 Brisbane Street.
It says eligible recipients are also getting the jab at Dubbo Regional Aboriginal Health Service, Dubbo Family Doctors, Dubbo Medical and Allied Health Group, Western Plains Medical Centre, Macquarie Health Collective, Macquarie Valley Family Practice, DubboCare Family Practice and Bawrunga Medical Service.

Dubbo residents currently eligible for a jab at the clinics fall under phase 1b of the national rollout of COVID vaccines or are aged 50 years or over.
"Over 50s were eligible at all vaccination sites as of May 3," a spokesman for the WNSW PHN said.
People aged 70 years and over, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 years and over, and adults with an underlying medical condition or significant disability, are among those covered by 1b.
"We encourage everyone to book through the online eligibility checker at covid-vaccine.healthdirect.gov.au/eligibility or to talk to their GP," the WNSW PHN spokesman said.
Federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton has previously advised his constituents the AstraZeneca vaccine is "highly effective" at preventing death and severe illness in people who have contracted COVID-19.
"..the incidence of this blood-clotting syndrome is very rare," he said.
