After not featuring in the start of the season due an off-season surgery, Fox was pleased with his own performance against a strong side.

"It's not too bad, a bit of a long lay-off so it's a bit relieving to be honest, to be make out there and amongst it." he said

"It was a good win for the boys and RSL are a strong side to put four goals on them was pleasing."

Nishad Khanl made some space out wide before crossing the ball into Fox for what he described as a "quite easy" tap-in, while Dane Gardiner scored two goals of his own in the win.

While he may be back in contention for a Western Premier League spot, Fox feels he may struggle to crack into a side who are performing so well.

"Only if they need me (I'll play), I want to play and I wish I could but I've been struggling to keep up with the boys now for a couple of years." he said

"I've been training with the Premier League side and I'm struggling to keep up with them and they've got a gun side now and I'm there if they need me.

"I'll slide into defence if there is any injuries but it's getting a bit beyond me now so I'm quite watching if that's what it comes too."

The young mid-field of the Bulls top side has performed above expectations this season so far with Kobe Rapley and Kane Settree among the best in competition.

"Seeing that mid-field the boys have got at the moment, it's probably up there with the fittest and probably the most mobile in the comp so it's extremely pleasing to watch them from the sideline." Fox said.

"As much as I miss it and want to get out there it's probably more fun for me to sit there and watch those three run around and do what they do.

"If the opportunity comes for me to get in the defence or the attack I'll jump in but I'm in no hurry and quite happy to watch those boys kill it."
