Orana Spurs have made it three consecutive Western Premier League wins after a stunning 4-0 victory over Macquarie United on Friday night.
No. 1 Oval was again the scene for a night match with both sides coming off round three wins but it was Spurs who continued their brilliant start to the season.
Justin Gibson bagged himself a double while Jake Ferguson and Brodie Caton also scored for Spurs who kept Macquarie scoreless for the first time this season.
Captain and co-coach Jared Corby has been impressed with his sides performances across the first four rounds of the competition.
"That was our goal at the start of the year, just to win the first three games and I think all the hard work is starting to pay off," he said.
Corby singled out two of his side's players who he felt contributed to the win in a big way
"Joel Tongue and Duncan Cahill were the stand-outs, Joel's speed and Duncan's skill with the ball really helped us get the win," he said.
Corby is sure Macquarie will bounce back with several key players expected to return over the coming weeks.
"They did say they had a couple of injuries which is understandable but they were really good last year and I'm sure they will get back on track after the weekend," he said.
The Spurs skipper is adamant the squad's commitment this season is a massive reason why they remain undefeated.
"I think we are the on the track and we just need to keep doing what we are doing and everyone is showing up to training," he said.
"That's a big thing from last year the commitment wasn't there and this year it is and I think that's why we are getting the results that we want."
Awaiting Spurs in round five is arguably their biggest test this year when they will travel to Orange to battle undefeated ladder leaders Waratahs on Saturday afternoon.
