Central West winger Beach was left in agony on Saturday after a Bathurst Bulldogs opponent came down on his leg as he made a break and kicked ahead along the sideline.
Scan results are expected sometime on Wednesday but Beach, who watched the final moments of Saturday's 20-19 win in a moon boot, expects to be out for a minimum of four weeks.
"It's a massive loss," Roos hooker Will Anderson said after Saturday's win.
"He's one of the best wingers in the comp by far and a great captain so it's a massive loss. Hopefully we can lift and play for him."

Anderson had nothing but praise for Beach's leadership on Saturday after the winger and half Hamish Gordon were given the captaincy job this season.
Gordon has been battling his own ankle injury and hasn't played a minute in the opening two rounds but is expected back for Saturday's massive round three match against Orange Emus.
The defending premiers are coming off a strong showing against Forbes, where former Super Rugby player Angus Roberts shone in a 38-26 victory.
The trip to Orange is a hugely challenging one but the Roos took plenty of confidence from beating a Bulldogs side which had downed Emus in round one.
"It gives us the chance to know we can beat the big teams and we do have the size and toughness," Anderson said of downing Bulldogs.
"It will help us, it's round two of a big year, so we've got to keep building and building."
