Like many other's around town, Mr Etcell is excited at prospect of watching an NRL game in Dubbo, especially one featuring his favoured team.
"I can't wait, from the minute I heard it was coming I was super excited and I emailed [Dubbo Regional Council] and Ash jumped in and got the ball rolling," he said.
"I also worked with another guy, Adam Gray from Gray's Painting he came in. He's a Souths fan too and he jumped on board and we are extremely proud."
