In partnership with Excelsior Housing Services, Westhaven will expand it's service into a Special Disability Accommodation in NSW.
With an investment pipeline of several million dollars in new property development in the next 18 months, the Dubbo and Orange facilities will be the first of many property builds for Westhaven and Excelsior Housing Services. They're constructing purpose-designed specialist disability accommodation homes.
Westhaven chief executive officer Andrew Everett was joined on Wednesday by Dubbo councillor Anne Jones and Member for Dubbo Dugald Saunders at the announcement.

"The new homes will provide the next level of innovative and engaging housing for people with a disability across NSW," Mr Everett said.
Cr Jones said she was excited to see what Westhaven would do in the future.
"My involvement with Westhaven has been over 25 years, I previously was a board member going right back, quite some years ago," she said.
"To see what Westhaven has achieved up until now, particularly with this new housing and this partnership with Excelsior Housing is just unbelievable."
Mr Saunders admitted he was proud to be present on such an historic day in the companies' history.
"It's great to be here today with Westhaven and Excelsior Housing Services, a really exciting project that will provide some fantastic disability accommodation for people who really do deserve the very best," he said.
