The event provides those struggling with an opportunity to stock up on free fresh produce just in time to celebrate Easter.
Connecting Community Services CEO Michelle Redden said it was a privilege to be able to partner with like-minded organisations to service community members in need.
"At times it can be a struggle for individuals and families to make ends meet," she said.
"With increasing living costs, schooling fees, clothing etc... the struggles are real and increasing.
"Being able to be a part of a wider circle of service providers we aim to provide outcomes that can help reduce some of the burdens of everyday living."
Connecting Community Services marketing officer Rebecca Perrement said the first Free Produce Pop-Up Event was held last year, and the response had been huge.
"We thought last year that we could have given more out and there were more people in need, so that's a big reason for us doing a second event."
Miss Perrement said the event comes during a good time, being just days before Easter, meaning that it will be a bit of a helping hand-up for those struggling during this time.
"It's amazing," she said.
"It's good to be able to help.
"We rely on opportunities like this to help make what our organisation is, to let people know what we do and to help our clients and our community."
Local businesses have also donated produce to the cause, including 10 Tops Dubbo according to Miss Perrement.
The Free Produce Pop-Up Event will be held at the Connecting Community Services Centre located at 83 Wingewarra Street on Tuesday, March 30.
"It will run the same as last year, you go in one way and go out another and we will be following COVID-19 restrictions," Miss Perrement said.
"Also, it would be great if someone could bring some spare grocery bags with them to the event or donate any of the unwanted grocery bags you may have ahead of the event," she said.
