Batting first, Colts openers Mitch Bower and Brad Cox got off to a solid start before Nicholas Whitlock removed Cox for 10.
Bower was removed by Darcy Chewings for 26, which brought Anthony Atlee to the crease.
Atlee (19) and captain Marty Jeffrey (26) looked to increase the run rate through the middle overs but Rugby spinner Jakke Gardiner removed them both on his way to claiming figures of 4/20 from his four overs.
Young Rugby all rounder Chewings finished with figures of 2/28 in what was the first final for many players in the side.
As has been the case for the entirety of the RSL Whitney Cup season, Colts boast one of the deepest and strongest batting line-ups seen in recent years.
It was this depth that contributed to the win, with all batsmen contributing without making a big score as Colts posted finished 6/137 from their 20 overs.

Rugby consistently lost wickets throughout their innings with Lawson Shepherd the last man out as they were bowled out for 88.
Semmler has quietly worked his way up the wicket taker tally this season taking 4/11 on Friday night and Jeffrey has nothing but praise for the pace bowler and the bowling group as a whole.
"He's our new ball bowler, he's the type of bowler who is always at the stumps and making you play so with that wicket having a little bit in it," he said.
"It was always going to be tough to play and he found the edge and got the rewards with 'four-fa', he's going to massive for us going into the grand final and as a whole bowling unit someone needs to put their hand up and he has done it over the last five or six years taking a lot of wickets, he's going to be key for us moving forward."
Miraculously, Colts finished last season's Megahit only winning one game and put out sides which feature a host of young talent but this season with points going towards the RSL Whitney Cup a considerably stronger side was chosen each match.
With the addition this season of Mitch Bower and veterans Jason Ryan, Brad Cox and Chris Morton back into the side Colts are a strong chance to go back to back in the T20 format next season.
Jeffrey praised his group and already has his sights set on two weeks time when his side will feature in the RSL Whitney Cup grand final.
"I think it was really good, to have to core group of players that are playing in our one day group as well to have success together and I think that will play a big role going into the grand final in a couple of weeks having that game under our belt and everything went to plan," he said.
Colts will face the winner of Saturday's semi final between CYMS and Newtown.
