The Orange side is preparing to welcome Dubbo CYMS to Norton Park on Sunday evening but the build-up has been far from perfect.
"We stopped training two weeks ago," coach Cam Jones said.
"It would be really ideal to be able to train and we had a couple of really good trainings at the start of the year.
"To be honest I don't know if blokes have given up a little bit on it or if they genuinely can't make it to training. Just blokes have stuff on with work. Every other club is the same but I imagine they at least make the effort to get there."
Jones' side has been beaten in each of the first three rounds while Dubbo CYMS sits at the top of the ladder with two wins and a draw.
"We're really looking to finish these last two under 21s game competitively. I know Dubbo CYMS are a gun team at the moment, so if we can at least be competitive with them then that will be ideal," Jones added.
Elsewhere this round, Macquarie travels to Forbes to take on a Magpies side which has started to show some of its best form.
The Raiders suffered their first defeat for the season last weekend, going down to St Pat's, and they now sit level with the Magpies.
With a tough final round test against neighbours CYMS in the final round, the clash at Forbes is an important one for the Raiders.
Woodbridge plays host to St Pat's in the penultimate round's final game.
