There were 71 development applications approved for the month, which is 21 more than the same time period in 2020.
The month included 25 single dwellings and six classified as 'other residential development'.

There were also 15 applications for swimming pools.
A $3 million transport or utility infrastructure was approved, as were two warehouses worth a combined $1.3 million and a $540,000 office building.
For the financial year to date, there have been 614 development applications given the green light. In total, they're worth just over $131.5 million.
Dubbo mayor Ben Shields said the development application figures were unbelievable.
"We are punching well about our weight and I can't recall a time when this organisation or the predecessing organisations were doing so well in development applications, it's just extraordinary," he said.
Between July 2019 to February 2020 there were 122 less applications approved by council.
