Jeffrey and his side have only lost one match this season across the Twenty20 and one-day formats, and he feels Friday's final will be a good test as the Whitney Cup decider draws nearer.
"We've sort of obviously had a fair bit of success this year and we all love playing in these bigger games," he said.
"I think we are looking at full strength, which is exciting, especially moving into the finals series for the one day stuff and it will be good to get one of these high pressure games moving into the next few weeks."
Jeffrey feels the key for his side against Rugby and going forward in the season is getting through the tricky periods with the bat.

"I think we've just got to make sure we are batting in partnerships. When you look at some of our batting performances someone has always put up their hand and in a big game like this we just have to bat in partnerships," he said
Colts comfortably beat Rugby in their last meeting but Jeffrey is not exactly sure what to expect in the final.
"You never know what you are going to get with them. It depends on what Rugby come out and do plus if guys want to put up their hand but we know if we execute the game the way we play then we should be winning the game of cricket," he said
"Obviously they've got Benny Wheeler at the top who will probably be the key wicket and he is a guy that can take the game away from you so we're going to have to be on from the get go."
After winning the T20 Bonor Cup as Rugby Union's marquee player in the Orange-Bathurst competition just a few weeks ago, Jeffrey is ending one his best individual seasons and feels he has found enjoyment in the different teams he has featured in.
"I went across there just have a bit of fun and it was really good to play some good cricket again," he said.
"I think this year putting my hand up to play Western Zone again and trying to play some more rep cricket all sort of fit in the bubble well. I feel like I've enjoyed the game this year and the success has come off the back of that."
