The Bureau of Meteorology's (BoM) seven-day forecast for the city as of Friday morning tells of a 70 per cent chance of up to 15 millimetres (mm) of rain falling on Monday and up to 10mm on Tuesday in showers and storms.
In the week ending Sunday, February 28, residents used 181L per person per day, up from 164L in the week ending February 21, 162L in the week ending February 14 and 164L in the week ending February 7.

A whopping 114.4mm of rain was collected in the automatic weather station at Dubbo City Regional Airport during February 2021, about 2.5 times the monthly average of 45.1mm.
The record for the wettest February in the past 26 years belongs to 2002 when 218.2mm fell.
Average rainfall in Dubbo during the month of March is 63.5mm.
At 9am on Friday the city had received 0.2mm in the first four days of this month. It fell in the 24 hours to 9am Monday.
The BoM's seven-day forecast also reveals a 40 percent chance of up to 2mm of rain falling on Wednesday and a 30 per cent chance of up to 1mm on Thursday.
Average day and night temperatures in Dubbo during the month of March are 29.1 and 14.8 degrees Celsius.
From Saturday to Thursday maximum temperatures will range from 27 to 33 degrees and minimum temperatures from 13 to 17.
