Mrs Tipping will travel to Sydney on International Women's Day with Women in Transport and Road Freight NSW to celebrate the event, which reflects on and celebrates women's achievements, and to deliver the bras.
"The society will distribute them to women who don't have access to bras," Mrs Tipping said.
"It's about women supporting women and I think it's great to be representing a transporting company which often consists predominantly of men."
Mrs Tipping said she had collected 103 donations on Wednesday and by Thursday had 'around 200'.
"Emmanuel Care is also providing me with bras and clothes to donate, which is fantastic as I'm hoping to get as many as I can," she said.
"I will be collecting them until Monday (March 8). Anyone can donate. It doesn't matter what colour, size or shape the bra is as long as it's in decent condition."
Mrs Tipping can either collect the bras or you can drop them off at the Tipping Trucking depot in Dubbo.
