Although the venture was incredibly successful in 2019, one of the main organisers behind the event, Jan Payne, says that COVID put a quick stop to any attempt to bring it back last year.
"We had to cancel last year, obviously because of COVID, but we were unaware of so many rules and regulations," Ms Payne said.

"Since then, we've successfully ran the art exhibition at the civic centre and the portrait competition at the golf club, so we're up to date with all our requirements."
"We've got it all under hand with out policies and our regulations, because of that experience, we know we can run a COVID safe event this year."
The Arts trail, which has already called on artists and artisans from the region around Wellington to participate, could possibly go over two days this time after a one day experience in 2019.
A steering committee for the revamped and renewed experience is already being formed, with an aim to putting together a group capable of handling organisational duties on Saturday, January 30.
Ms Payne said she hoped that whatever form it took, the Arts trail would end up 'bigger and better' than it had been previously.
