About 9am on Tuesday, the three women -aged 57, 34 and 24 - forced entry into a home on Smith Street and assaulted the occupant, a 23-year-old woman, before fleeing.
Officers from Orana Mid Western Police District attended and started an investigation.
The 23-year-old occupant suffered minor injuries.

Three women who forced entry into the home were arrested at homes throughout Coonamble later the same day and taken to Coonamble Police Station.
The trio were charged with aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence-use violence, aggravated enter dwelling with intent, enter building/land with intent commit indictable offence, stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm and common assault.
All were granted conditional bail to appear at Coonamble Local Court on Tuesday, November 17.
