
An espresso bar owner is able to go ahead with opening at Dubbo after recruiting key staff, but more opportunities remain on offer.
Jeremy Norris reported of progress in his two-month search for baristas for his Jimmy Barnet venture, to open on Monday.

"We've recruited some very talented baristas but we are finding it hard to recruit in this current COVID climate," he said.
"And from talking to people with similar businesses, a lot of people are finding it hard to recruit. If anyone is looking for a job, please get in touch because we're looking for more staff in both Dubbo and Orange."
The business will initially trade on weekdays, but Mr Norris said when he had employed more staff it would be open on weekends as well.
