With double demerits in action since Thursday, Orana Mid-Western Police District Acting Seargent Luke Trudgett said it was a relatively good weekend, however police were still seeing motorists making poor decisions.
"It wasn't a bad weekend for the highway staff," he said.
"While we were finding offences and there were a number of accidents, there were no fatalities in our area which was good.

"But we can still make our roads safer and get those numbers lower."
More police were on the roads to target drivers' dangerous behaviours, including: speeding, drink and drug-driving, mobile phone use, and not wearing seatbelts.
Acting Sergeant Trudgett said police had issued 37 speeding infringements including one issued to a b-double detected on Sunday morning travelling at 180 km/h in an 80 km/h zone in Dubbo.
Forty-one fines were also issued over the weekend for infringements ranging from not displaying p-plates and not stopping at give way or stop signs.
A number of breath tests were conducted resulting in four PCA charges.
Among the motorists caught out in the Orana Mid-Western region was a 54-year-old Dubbo man who after exiting an establishment was pulled over for driving at about 4.35pm on Sunday.
Subsequent breath testing revealed a mid-range PCA of 0.147.
A 32-year-old Dubbo man was also pulled over by officers on Sunday and was charged with driving with an expired licence and low-range PCA.
On Monday a 28-year-old female was pulled over driving on a Canadian licence and was charged with low-range PCA.
A 57-year-old male was also pulled over by police at about 4.30pm on Monday after leaving a licensed premises where he recorded a positive mid-range breath analysis of 0.134.
Acting Sergeant Trudgett said police continue to see examples of poor driver behaviour, particularly in relation to drink driving and warned motorists to have a plan b.
"Most importantly we need people to remember they can't be drinking and driving," he said.
"It's better to just leave the vehicle at home or leave it at the hotel and find your plan b."
The Acting Sergeant said police also detected a number of unlicensed drivers.
Included in those caught out in the Orana Mid-Western region was a 27-year-old Western Australian man who was caught driving an unlicensed in an unregistered motor vehicle on Sunday at about 10.30am.
It was revealed his licence had expired in 2013.
A 33-year-old Narromine man was also caught driving unlicensed on Friday at about 12.20am
Acting Sergeant Trudgett said it was "disappointing" they issued six infringements for restraint offences.
