During the Titans 36 - 6 victory over the Newcastle Knights, Peachey alleged that opposition second-rower Mitchell Barnett made a derogatory reference to Peachey's race and swore at him.
While Peachey didn't pursue immediate action during the game, an investigation by the NRL Integrity Unit was announced shortly after.

The investigation, which concluded on Tuesday, determined that there was not enough evidence that Barnett had indeed made the alleged comments after reviewing footage and conducting interviews with players and coaches.
Barnett has reportedly admitted that he had swore at Peachey, but denies that any reference to Peachey's race was made.
Peachey took to social media to express his disappointment with the conclusion of the investigation.
"I know exactly what I heard and stand by my statement. I'm disappointed due to this outcome and how it has portrayed me," The statement read.
"I am a proud Wiradjuri man and his comments are not acceptable and I need to be a role model to young Indigenous kids and for my two daughters and make sure they know it's not okay to let people say those remarks."
NRL CEO Andrew Abdo said the organisation took every investigation seriously.
"Rugby league is an inclusive game and we take our duty of care to all of our players very seriously," Abdo said in a statement to the media after the inquiry concluded.
"It is important that every player feels supported when they make a complaint, and we want to see our players take a leadership role in speaking out."
