The Cancer Council's Stars of Dubbo Dance for Cancer was initially scheduled to be held in May, however after COVID-19 hit, it was rescheduled to October.
To ensure the safety of the participants and attendees, the Cancer Council has made the decision to push back the event again to Friday, April 30.
Eight of the stars will still be taking part: Jordan Primmer, Maddie Langley, Anthea Patteson, Leisa Ross, Errin Williamson, the teachers at St John's College, and Jasanna Pilon and Cara Grey who will be performing together.

They had already raised more than $5000 when the event was forced to postpone.
Cancer Council Western NSW community relations coordinator Katherine Bodiczky said the top priority was the safety of the supporters and the wider community.
"Working in consultation with our Stars, it was decided that postponing the event until 2021 was the right decision," Ms Bodiczky said.
"Although we're all disappointed that we won't be hitting the dancefloor in 2020, we are looking forward to coming back bigger and better in 2021."
Ms Bodiczky said despite the fundraiser being postponed, the Cancer Council's vital Transport to Treatment service would not be impacted.
"The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted our fundraising efforts, but thanks to our wonderful supporters, we've been able to keep our services running for people affected by cancer when they need them most," she said.
"Even though we've had to cancel or postpone many of our events, the community has continued to support us through beloved campaigns like the Daffodil Day Appeal and Australia's Biggest Morning Tea."
The top fundraiser for the Stars of Dubbo Dance for Cancer so far is Ms Williamson with $1321, followed by Ms Pilon and Ms Grey on $1171.
