Dubbo Regional Council has handed over the former Girl Guides Hall at South Dubbo Oval to the clubs for a five year lease, with the option of adding another five years.
It started when the junior AFL contacted council about a need for more space for the girls to change.
"We have a real need for female change rooms because in the under 10s, 12s, 14s, and 17s our sport is mixed gender. Until now we haven't been able to have boys, girls and away change rooms but that will change now," Ms Roll said.
"Our sport is very family-orientated so to have a clubhouse where juniors and seniors can come together will strengthen the game."

Dubbo AFL president Joe Knagge said the Dubbo Demons had never had a clubhouse but it was something they had always wanted.
Councillor John Ryan knows only too well about the need for change rooms.
"I've gotten changed on the sidelines into footy gear there in sleet and hail over the years. AFL has been much overlooked with the advent of all the women's teams there just aren't enough change rooms even with the new building that's going up there," he said.
"This is going to mean that people can get changed in comfort and with a bit of dignity. I think it's going to be fantastic to help grow the sport."
Cr Ryan said AFL already had a strong following and good infrastructure would only encourage more people to sign up.
Mayor Ben Shields admitted that for too long the AFL clubs had't had the infrastructure they deserve.
"I'm over the moon that the local AFL fraternity is behind the move as well and can see the benefits of this. I'm really looking forward to seeing how it looks in the coming years as they put their stamp on it," he said.
Cr Shields said it was a great thing for AFL and a "very, very good" outcome for Dubbo.
Ms Roll and Mr Knagge thanked Dubbo council for listening to the clubs and finding a solution to their concerns.
