Residents are receiving letters in the mail from Planning Panels Secretariat advising them of the details of the meeting.
The meeting will be held by public teleconference due to COVID-19 restrictions and is open to anyone that wants to watch the teleconference.
In the notice sent to residents NSW Planning advised that, as a guide, individuals will be given three minutes to speak, a community group can have up to 10 minutes and the applicant - including any consultants - can speak for a total of 15 minutes to 'present and address issues raised in public submissions'.
The panel said they aim to post the decision on their website within seven days of the meeting.
If you want to address the panel or listen to the meeting, you have to register on 8217 2060 or via an email to enquiry@planningpanels.nsw.gov.au.
