Director of Public Health Priscilla Stanley assured residents that the return of the testing facilities was not an indication of any need for unwarranted concern.
"There are currently no known cases of COVID-19 in Brewarrina," Ms Stanley said.
More than 10,776 people have been tested in the District over the past four weeks."
"We need to keep testing people, even if they only have mild symptoms, so we can stay on top of COVID-19 as the general restrictions around movement start to be decreased."
Current advice is to get tested if you experience any of the following symptoms; fever, cough, runny nose and loss of taste or smell.
