But heavy and light falls from Friday to Tuesday have provided it with a new-look July.
On Tuesday morning the Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) had collected a total of 48.2 millimetres (mm) of rain at Dubbo City Regional Airport, 8.3mm above average July rainfall of 39.9mm.
The heaviest fall of 27.6mm was in the 24 hours to 9am Saturday.
