This week, I need to have a little rant.

We are lucky enough to have two very experienced photographers on our staff - if you've been at an event you've probably met Belinda and/or Amy - at least from the other side of the camera.
Belinda and Amy have years and years of photography experience - and we consider ourselves lucky to have them on our team.
But, there's on thing that's making us just a little annoyed at the moment. And that's the theft of their photos!
Our photographers go out to jobs, they set up the photo they want to take - you might have been on the receiving end of their instructions at one time or another - and then they step back to take the photo ... along with all the PR and (in some cases) other media there as well.
That photo is then distributed far and wide, usually before we are back in the office.
We're always looking for something different for our readers, but it's getting harder and harder.
So, credit where it's due.
Of course taking a photo they have taken and using it as your own is an infringement of copyright.
Unfortunately taking a photo of a scene they have set up and distributing it before we can use it, well we think that's just plain rude.
There's my Sunday rant. I hope you have enjoyed Belinda and Amy's photos as well - where ever they may pop up.
Have a good Sunday.
