Emergency services were called to Troy Bridge Road, near Nulla Road, following reports of a multiple vehicle crash at 4.45pm.
Fire and Rescue NSW Station Officer Simon Bracht said two vehicles were involved and there were three occupants in those cars.
"It did look like one of the vehicles had rolled at least once," he said.
"It didn't look like there were any serious injuries, but a young girl was transported to hospital."
Police said a 74-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl from one car and a 45-year-old man from another car were all taken to Dubbo Hospital for observation.
It is understood none were seriously injured.
Officers attached to the Orana Mid-Western Police District also attended, along with NSW Ambulance.
