Customers will have the next two months to enjoy the café before wedding season kicks off in September.
Owner Pamela Scott said the first weekend was great because they were able to ease their way through Saturday and prepare for being fully booked the following day.
"It's not until people go out there that they can see how beautiful it is," she said.
Mrs Scott said having the café open over these next two months is a great way to climb back out of COVID.
"We've taken this opportunity to showcase the cafe and offer another nice venue to eat around Dubbo.... and for people to come out and experience the cellar door because we've had it closed for 10 years," she said.
Being so busy with weddings, Mrs Scott said until now they never had the opportunity to open the café but were really enjoying using this time to offer something new.
The menu is styled to offer a great range of affordable produce, Mrs Scott added.
