Western NSW Football manager Andrew Fearnley sent a revised draw with two finals series options to the eight clubs taking part on Friday.
Clubs will provide feedback early this week before the season structure is locked in.
The finals may be played over two or three weeks.
The two week option involves the top four moving through to semi-finals while the three-week option would have all eight clubs be part of the finals.
Nine clubs had originally signed on to be part of the first WPL season since 2012.
But South Dubbo Wanders made the decision to pull out in April due to the impact of coronavirus.
Dubbo FC, Orana Spurs, and Macquarie United will still fly the flag for the Dubbo association.
The season will either start on the weekend of July 4 or July 11 meaning grand final day will be the final weekend of September of first weekend of October.
