Julie and Danny Russell moved to Dubbo in 2016 and and 'quickly became a huge part of the community'.
Pink Angel's Inc president Sue Gavenlock said Mrs and Mr Russell had been valued residents among our community and would be greatly missed.
"Julie was a member of the Pink Angels Inc, which is a registered breast cancer charity organisation that provides support for local patients across NSW Central West," Mrs Gavenlock said.
"Danny was a member of the Rotary Club of Dubbo South Inc, which also does a lot of great work for the Dubbo community, and they held a fundraiser for Pink Angels for three years consecutively.
"Their passion, dedication, work and compassion for both of these organisations is amazing."
Through Mr Russell's partnership with Michael Adams at Golden West Automotive, he initiated the GWA Week of Fundraising for Pink Angels, which started in 2017 and ran for three years consecutively.
"Danny raised more than $80,000 for Pink Angels Inc over three consecutive years of holding this fundraiser," Mrs Gavenlock said.
"This money enables us to be able to provide each patient with $2,000.
"In addition to this, Danny was instrumental in Pink Angels, receiving a $10,000 grant from the Honda Foundation to buy specialised equipment for patients suffering from lymphoedema."
Mrs Gavenlock said she was inspired by the way Mrs and Mr Russell came into the community and very quickly became a part of it.
"Their passion and dedication to helping people is astounding and they have been an enormous help to many."

Mrs Gavenlock said the pair were moving to be closer to family and would be greatly missed by their friends and the wider community.
"I think I can speak on behalf of the Pink Angels Inc, the Dubbo community and the gratitude of patients they have helped when I thank them for everything they have done for our community," she said.
"We will miss Julie and Danny very much, not only for their passion and generosity in helping others but for their genuine kindness, humour and wonderful friendship.
"I'd also like to say good luck to them both. We wish you both utter happiness and hope for the future."
