The new online portal allows ratepayers and residents to conduct their business with Dubbo Regional Council around the clock.
Data collected since DRC&ME was launched on May 1 shows more than 50 per cent of requests were submitted outside business hours, with weekends the most popular time to do so.

The council's manager customer experience, Caitlin Colliver, reports applications for rates relief, requests concerning roads and requests to receive email notices from council are among the most popular reasons people are using DRC&ME.
"While all these things are popular, the most frequent request we've so far received is request for new kitchen caddy liners," she said.
"Previously, customers either had to phone council to make a request or visit us in person during business hours.
"However, DRC&ME allows residents to order and have them delivered directly to their home, with a few simple clicks of a button."
Ms Colliver said residents could change their address at DRC&ME.
"Another popular service that more people are utilising is the ability to change their address, which previously, residents would have to call to update their details," she said.
"We're reaching a whole other audience that we otherwise might not have been able to interact with previously."
