Hosted by the Young Farmer Business Program, in February at Dubbo, the event helped inspire and motivate producers with their business vision.
NSW Department of Primary Industries' Young Farmer Business Program have launched the new podcast, The Business of Farming, a series of recordings from the inaugural conference.
Event coordinator and central west pig farmer Alexandra Hicks, said the conference, which was attended by more than 300 delegates from across NSW, was a roaring success.
"The Business of Farming provides young farmers and fishers who couldn't attend with the opportunity to access the knowledge and insights shared by the experts who spoke at the conference," Ms Hicks said.
"It's among the many innovative ways that our team is reaching young farmers and fishers, and helping them develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in business."
The Business of Farming is available now with all five episodes available to download for free via Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
