Those self isolating due to the COVID-19 restrictions have been offered extra support when seeking medical help thanks to a home delivery service.

The team at Orana Mall Pharmacy, Life Pharmacy Group Central West, had always offered a free home delivery service for patients, but the ongoing coronavirus crisis has resulted in an increase of need.
Pharmacist Lisa Gibson, said local people are employed to provide this service to those who are most vulnerable to simply in need of a helping hand.
"Our home delivery service has grown in the current environment, as expected," she added.
"It is important to our team that we can support home isolation and social distancing restrictions and ensure that our patients are able to effectively manage their medications."
They deliver to patients of all ages seven days a week with Ms Gibson saying illness is not limited to weekdays and that they are here to support any patients in need.
The local pharmacist said during this pandemic not only was it important for residents to continue taking their medication as prescribed by their Doctor, but to stay healthy.
"It is vital that our most vulnerable are isolated, supported and protected during these times, which is why it is essential this service operates daily during COVID-19," Ms Gibson said.
The Orana Mall pharmacy is also offering a phone support service for any COVID-19 related questions or any pharmacy advice in general 1300 ASK LPG (1300 275 574).
This is a dedicated hotline, manned by our pharmacist team to support our home delivery service and our local community.
Along with this, they have the My Pharmacy Link app which can manage patients prescriptions and coordinate delivery.
