Dubbo College South Campus principal Linda Macleod it was important for students, staff and the schooling community to come together for this day, just as they did every year.
"This video creates a respectful and dignified tribute to Australia's servicemen and women, whilst embracing the challenges of our current state of isolation," Ms Macleod said.
"I am thrilled with the innovation demonstrated by our staff and students during the COVID-19 crisis."
President of the South Campus P&C Tim Emerton said he believed it was an important time as a school community to maintain engagement.
"In the current environment it is important to find ways to not only continue to show our respect and educate our younger generation, but to also come together as a community.
"Community is what ties us together and this is a wonderful example of how our school community can work together for a great result," he said.
The project is the brainchild of South Campus teacher Andrew Fitzpatrick.
