Staff are also available to respond to public enquiries whether it be over the phone, email or through social media.

"Throughout this time of disruption and uncertainly the high level of customer service that our award-winning team is known for will be a constant. Our key focus remains on the health and wellbeing of artists, audiences, visitors and valued staff," DRTCC manager Linda Christof said.
Ms Christof encouraged the public to follow the DRTCC on Facebook and Instagram, as well as checking the website, as they would be posting new works by previous artists, nostalgic flashbacks and gift voucher giveaways.
Staff have also been liaising with producers, promoters and event coordinators to reschedule bookings.
"Interestingly, 75 per cent of all performances have chosen a Plan B and rescheduled to the end of the year rather than cancel. In some cases they have opted to also have a Plan C for 2021 dates depending on government restrictions in place-all of this is in line with the catchphrase the 'show must go on'," Ms Christof said.

"Rescheduled shows include Ian Moss, Mark Vincent, The Gruffalo's Child, Mirusia and Ahn Do to name a few."
Mayor Ben Shields said the rescheduled shows meant the calendar was going to be jam-packed with so many events the public would be spoilt for choice.
"We also know the economic-multiplier effect the theatre has in the region so it will be a good boost to the local economy having people out and about once the restrictions have been lifted," Cr Shields said.
The DRTCC would like to remind patrons that if they have been affected by a change in an event date and staff haven't already done so, they will be contacted directly to arrange exchanges or a full refund.
Anyone with tickets for an event after June 17 is advised to wait for further updates.
Tickets and gift certificates are on sale now from the DRTCC website.
