Under level three restrictions, Dubbo Regional Council wants the community to stay under 320 litres of water per person per day.
Between April 6 and 12, Dubbo had an average of 201 litres. Wellington and Geurie used less than half of the target at 148L and 145L apiece.
It's the lowest Dubbo's water usage has been since water restrictions were introduced in November.
