And both of those have come in the past month with the same horse after Carnegie's Monaco saluted again at Coonabarabran Jockey Club on Saturday.
As someone with a small stable who's in the racing game more as a hobby, the former rugby league great isn't contesting meetings each and every weekend.
In fact, he'y only raced six horses in the past 12 months.
But in Carnegie's Monaco he's found with some promise after a second win in as many starts on Saturday.
Prior to a last-start win at Narromine Fahey had lamented Carnegie's Monaco's poor fortune in races with the record of no wins from 27 starts not too eye-catching.
But things went his way at Fahey's home track and after the first win was out of the way the second came via an as equally strong performance in Saturday's Cooinda Lodge Class 1 and Maiden Plate (1600m).
In a race with plenty of pace, Ken Dunbar settled midfield with Fahey's $4.80 chance.

Think Of Legend ($4.60) favourite and Claude's Choice ($21) had powered to an early lead and it didn't take long for the field to stretch right out.
The leading duo stayed in front as the field approached the bend for turn but after doing the hard work they were soon swamped.
Dunbar peeled to the extreme outside after entering the straight and Carnegie's Monaco showed plenty of determination in running down the leaders and then holding off the rest of the chasing pack to win by half-a-a-length.
The Lunn brothers filled the minor placings with Garry's Star Of Moshe ($19) and Just On Spec ($12) second and fourth respectively while the Dar-trained Snipselva ($6) was third.
Fahey going back-to-back is something seen all too often and it had followed another rare sight at Coonabarabran's meeting.
In the first race of the day, the Cooinda Nursing Home Maiden Plate (900m), Rodney Robb's three-year-old debutant Outback Snow got the job done paying $146 with the TAB.
The Stephen Jones-trained Inferno Miss was all the rage leading up to the race and when the $2 chance was one of the leaders at the top of the straight it seemed jockey Greg Ryan was on the way to another win.
But with Wendy Peel in the saddle Outback Snow never quit and overhauled Inferno Miss late on to take the win while Sticks 'N' Stones ($7) was third.
Ryan combined with Robb later in the meeting to secure victory.
The Nyngan trainer completed a double when Bee Double Bee ($6) took out the Coonabarabran Cup Day 25th October 2020 Benchmark 50 Handicap (1200m).
Peel scored a double on the day after also winning with the Peter Sinclair-trained Sognare ($2.90 favourite) while other winners on the day were Melanie Bolwell's Jonesy ($14), the Bruce Parker-trained Zamali ($4.20), Justin Stanley's Creidne ($14) and Bensay ($11) from the Gulgong stables of Brett Thompson.
