The show will feature plenty of glitz and glamour, hosted by drag queen Timberlina and featuring local stars, including Jojo Zaho.
There will not only be impressive solo performances by the queens but challenges where they will go head-to-head.
Timberlina, also known as Timothy Jackson, said it would be an entertaining night for anybody between 18 and 150-years-old.
"Anybody who loves life and a bit of glamour and glitz," he said.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
BLUSH has been held in Newcastle for the past two years, but this is the first time it's been held in a regional area.
After growing up in Gulgong, Mr Jackson said he wanted to make sure queens out west had the same opportunities to perform as their city counterparts.
"Usually there's travelling shows that come through and they go to the shows but they never get to do it themselves. I believe it's needed and wanted, not just in the west but everywhere," he said.
Often the performers don't have a drag mother to help them break into the industry, so BLUSH can give them a leg up, in a supportive environment.
"When I first started doing drag I did it all myself and I had ten years of events experience so I knew what I was doing in that aspect. But a lot of people don't know where to start," Mr Jackson said.
"I'm trying to build that platform around the country for them to be able to do that, especially in rural locations."
Mr Jackson, who is now a full-time drag queen, said even people seeing the posters for the shows was a way to promote inclusiveness in cities like Dubbo.
"If a little kid is walking down the street and they see a poster or an advertisement with a drag queen on it they might start asking questions. And they if they want to do that when they grow up it's perfect," he said.
About 12 stars have already been lined up for the Dubbo spectacular. People will be travelling across the region to perform, including queens from Newcastle, Broken Hill and Gunnedah.
"The whole vibe is going to be a really fun, party scene," Mr Jackson said.
"The way the performers get their payment is through tips. People buy these bills called BLUSH dollars and then when they're performing people throw the BLUSH dollars on the stage at them and make them feel really wanted and needed."
BLUSH will be held at the Dubbo RSL Club on Saturday, April 4 starting at 7pm.
Pre-sale tickets are $15 and can bought through the Timber Productions website.
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased at the door that night for $20.
