In the week ending March 1, residents used 238L per person per day.
The previous three weeks, ending February 9, 16 and 24, residents used 260L, 221L and 235L respectively.

Dubbo's neighbours, Wellington and Geurie, are also using less than 280L per person per day.
Both Wellington and Geurie have been under the target for eight weeks in a row.
In the week ending March 1, Wellington residents used 189L up from 170L the previous week.
Geurie residents have reduced their consumption of reticulated water significantly in the past two weeks.
In the week ending March 1, they used 136L, down from 172L the previous week.
Level four water restrictions have been in place since November.
