The line-up of guest speakers includes Tradies In Sight founder Bruno Efoti, CSC owner Errin Williamson, Dubbo South Public School principal Sharon Murray and Native Secrets creators Cherie and Phil Thompson.
It will run from 6pm to 8pm at St Brigid's Hall in Brisbane Street and entertainment will be by Sarah D Music.
Guests are asked to bring a gold coin donation and a plate of food to share.
Dubbo businesswoman Amy Rutherford's idea to bring community members together led her to launch Mingle in 2018.
A chance to "connect, meet and share", it started with about 30 people and by its fourth occasion in June 2019 drew about 80 people.
In 2020 it will meet four times, Mrs Rutherford said.
The theme for the first event is "2020 - it's a new year".
