Dubbo's water usage has dropped below the daily target for residents.
For the weekly period from February 2 to February 8, Dubbo residents used a total of 260L of water per day. In Wellington residents used 168L and in Geurie residents used 135L.
The target, set by Dubbo Regional Council, under level four restrictions is 280L per person per day.
It is the third week Dubbo has been below the target since level four restrictions came into effect.
Since the beginning of February Dubbo has received 66.6mm of rainfall across seven days according to Weatherzone, with the wettest day on February 6 when 28.2mm was recorded.
More rain is predicted for the week ahead.
Dubbo Regional Council issues the figures weekly after calculating them as part of the Integrated Water Cycle Management Plan methodology.
