Macquarie Homestay acts as a home away from home for those who need to travel to Dubbo to access health services.
The fundraising event will see performances by six time golden guitar winner Felicity Urquhart, and golden guitar winners Blake O'Connor and Brad Butcher, as well as Johnny Cash impersonator Dan Thompson and a five-piece-band, The Vibe.
Rotary Club of Dubbo Macquarie Youth Director and event organiser Garry Brown said funds raised by the event would also go towards Gulargambone Pre-School, Western Cancer Centre Foundation and DIGP Brain Tumour.
A train will be leaving from Dubbo at 12.15pm, arriving Armatree at 2pm, and return to Dubbo by midnight, departing Armatree at 10.25pm.
This event will be held on March 28 at Armatree Hotel. Tickets can be purchased online at 123tix and tickets are required to book a seat on the train.
