An Orange man who told a Dubbo woman he would "put a blade" through her while he was serving a term of imprisonment in the community has been spared jail again. Timothy Wallace's decision to intimidate a woman via text messages placed him in breach of an intensive corrections order (ICO) he was given after he assaulted a police officer. "F**k u ya [sic] mutt, I'm gunna make you life hell till the day u die you putrid slut," the 34-year-old told the woman in text messages contained in court documents. He contacted the woman three days after sending the initial message and said "I wanna go to jail so show the cops this I'll put a blade through you". READ ALSO: Dubbo pool will have cheap entry this Saturday Wallace pleaded guilty to an intimidation charge when he faced Dubbo Local Court last week. "He's certainly disgusted with what he said," Wallace's legal representative told the court. "Despite those prior acts of violence, his record is quite good," the legal representative said. Wallace had successfully completed a three-month stint in rehab and a forklift driving course, the court heard. According to the police prosecutor, the intimidation was "not just a throwaway comment" and Wallace had a "shocking" criminal history. In an attempt to control the victim, Wallace caused her "immense fear", the police prosecutor said in court. On the same day in court Wallace was found not guilty of breaching an apprehended violence order after a Dubbo couple accused him of blocking access to their driveway. Magistrate Wilson said Wallace gave consistent responses to questions police asked about the alleged incident while the couple provided "somewhat differing versions of events".
