The second season of the show was filmed in Texas. Mr Baker was joined by Jonny Hibbard and cameraman Gimli to capture the United States adventures, assisted by TAFE NSW Dubbo student Jackson Peacock.
"We had a lot of fun but we got up to a lot of mischief as well," Mr Baker said.
His personal highlight was driving a monster truck with a group they had come across via social media.

"They've got big trucks and they're Texans so they have big weapons to go along with the trucks," Mr Baker said.
After "thrashing through the paddocks with them", Mr Baker was handed the keys and told to drive over a car.
In keeping with the 'go big or go home' goal, the group also went on a Bigfoot hunt.
"I'm not going to tell you whether we did or didn't find Bigfoot but there is audio proof on our show of what very likely could be a Bigfoot," Mr Baker said.
Other adventures include a six pound Tex Mex challenge, catching alligator gars and getting caught in a tornado warning.
"We got up to a lot of stuff, we had a lot of fun and we met a lot of amazing Texan people who are probably some of the most hospitable people I've met in my life," Mr Baker said.
While the show depicts the fun had by the team, Mr Baker said a lot of hard work had gone into putting it together. They were up for 20 hours a day during the filming and since returning to Dubbo, Mr Baker has edited the show himself.
Mr Baker said he was excited to see the reaction to the second season. He said more experience in making Aussie Dreamlivers had lead to the production of a better show.
"At the end of the day, regardless of whether people like it or not we had a heck of a lot of fun and it was an experience. But it would be nice for people to watch it," Mr Baker said.
There will be four episodes of Aussie Dreamlivers Texas: Go Big or Go Home. The first episode will air on 7Mate on December 28.
