On Tuesday, 67,915 students will receive their Higher School Certificate mark, making the HSC the most popular school credential of the year.
At 1pm on the same day students who requested it will receive their ATAR or Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank.

In the lead-up to the HSC and ATAR results being released we spoke to some of the region's business leaders, owners, tradies and workers to see how they went in their own schooling.
Some didn't finish school, many didn't receive they mark they were hoping for and others had absolutely no idea what they wanted to do when they finished their studies.
