Currently the professor of food sustainability at Charles Sturt University (CSU), Mr Blair is scheduled to address participants.

The theme of the summit is The Future of Water.

"This year's theme is all about the opportunities and innovations that are occurring around us in terms of water management, reuse innovation and change management," RDA Orana's director of regional development Megan Dixon said.
Other speakers at the summit include federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton, Taronga Western Plain Zoo director Steve Hinks and CSIRO researcher Geoff Beeson.
