The Newtown star is contesting her third state championship and is one of 12 Dubbo players set to represent Western NSW across the under 12s and under 14s.
And while the standard is expected to be at an extremely high level and the rivalry of country against city builds pressure, Moore's message to those contesting the titles for the first time is simple.
"Focus on the games but just have as much fun as you can," she said.
"I'm so excited and it really is such a great experience.
"Last year when I did it I was nervous because you're going up against other teams from Sydney and places like that but it's so much fun and that's what the focus is really on."
The State Titles, played at Valentine Sports Park in Sydney, start on Monday and run through to Friday.

Moore is joined in the Western 14s girls side by fellow Dubbo players Bella Auld and Zara Wallbridge while the 12s side features a whole host of Dubbo-based representatives.
Sienna Angus, Mia Penman, Indiana Hardisty, Phebe Ryan, Mia Whalley, Charlotte Wallace, and Renae Settree will all feature in that side.
Bailey Stonestreet and Nicholas Peters will be in action for the Western under 12 boys.
The Western 14s has two matches on Monday, the campaign starting against Metro West and then Riverina while the 12s meet Metro Far South and Metro South on day one.
"It's honestly my dream to beat all the Sydney teams," Moore said of the rivalry between the city and country sides, before speaking about the standard of play at the titles.
"The competition hard and so different to Dubbo. It's the pace and skill of the girls and just the way they read the game as well."
Moore is backing her 14s side to make an impact this week, but they face a stern test as eight of their 10 matches are against metropolitan teams.
The city sides have proved a stumbling block in the past and Moore will be a key figure for her team this week after starring for Western last season.
Moore, alongside Dubbo teammate Aimee Longhurst, earned NSW Country selection after last year's effort and getting back in that squad is the goal again this time.
NSW Country selection is awaiting all those who impress across the week in Sydney.
For Auld and Wallbridge, this marks their first season in the 14s State Titles after playing in the under 12s side last year.
"It's really good to know I am developing," Moore said of her own repeat selections.
"I'm getting better and that's good to know and it's good to get that recognition."
The Newtown youngster added fitness is a major part of the carnival due to the back-to-back matches played throughout the week.
The under 12s side plays nine matches this week.
