Court documents reveal police noticed Lisa Stewart, 34, accelerated harshly when she realised police saw her driving along Whylandra Street on May 31.
During a subsequent high-speed pursuit police observed Stewart at the intersection of Kokoda Place and Wingewarra Street travelling between 100 and 120km/h.
Police ended the pursuit when she travelled onto the wrong side of the road.
Stewart pleaded guilty to dangerous driving in Dubbo Local Court last week.
Magistrate Gary Wilson disqualified her from driving for 18 months, ordered her to complete 216 hours of community service and sentenced her to a 12-month term of imprisonment to be served by way of an intensive corrections order in the community.
