MS Readathon
From August 1-13, the MS Readathon is on again! Kids can either register individually or with their school, with the aim to read as much as you can during the month to raise funds for people with multiple sclerosis. For over 40 years, the MS readathon has been helping to raise funds and awareness of multiple sclerosis, while encouraging a love of reading in children. With our children's area full of wonderful stories to enjoy, feel free to come down to the library and we can find you a book or ten to help you read as much as you can during the readathon this August.

Sit 'n' Knit
Join other knitters and crocheters on the first Saturday of each month from 11 am to 1 pm. The next session is on Saturday 3rd of August. Whether you're new to knitting or an avid knitter everyone is welcome. Come along and enjoy knitting or crocheting your own project or share your skill with a learner. Bring your own materials (limited supplies available).
Book Club
Book Club meets the first Tuesday of every month at 2pm in the library. The next meeting is Tuesday 6th of August. Members discuss any great books that they have enjoyed and have the opportunity to select from new titles- so if you have read something that you really enjoyed or if you don't quite know what to read next, come join us at the next book club meeting and discover your next great read!
